When will I get my book? All new orders are being processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
How do I know you aren't scamming me or getting my credit card information?Because all proceeds are going to be donated to three charities and are not for our profit, we wanted to ensure that there could be no mishandling or misappropriation of funds and to be able to have the documentation to verify this. We've all seen charity scams and are appalled by them. We want to ensure that we can provide documentation, accountability and transparency. These three expenses will be subtracted from proceeds: Morris Cookbook publishing costs, credit card processing fees (either PayPal or Stripe) and shipping (U.S. or worldwide). All remaining proceeds will be divided equally and donated between the three charities (Bloodwise, NPH and World Child Cancer). Regarding your credit card information. Both PayPal and Stripe are verified credit card processing services. They process your credit card information, we do not. We do not see any information regarding your credit card. Your payment is processed by either PayPal or Stripe (your choice) and they will forward your payment to the Cooklander account. We will then ship your order to the address you provide, when the books are available.
What if my credit card or PayPal doesn't work? Please call your credit card company or PayPal first. Thus far, that has resolved all issues as we have no way of correcting any issues your credit card or your PayPal account may have, such as mailing address, etc. Also, try using another computer. Sometimes things don't work on your cell phone, but will work on your laptop.
